Am I the only one that plans their day out and then have it fall all to pieces? I don’t always plan my weekends but I have a to-do list a mile long and it involved mostly outdoor stuff. I was going kick some butt and power through it. What I didn’t count on however, was an all-day heavy rainstorm on Friday and cold temps and wind on Saturday. This prevented me from doing any of it. Plus, I had a migraine in the afternoon. Ugh. My morning was interesting and the rest of the day… was not.

So where am I going with this? I had plans on doing a “Day in the Life” for Saturday since we were doing a lot of things and it would be cool to document it. However, it turned out that our day was just boring. Ha!

I mean breakfast was yummy (I’m sharing it tomorrow) and I made these frozen chocolate covered bananas with the leftovers from breakfast. That’s where the interesting part ended. I doubt anyone would care that I took a nap, laid around, browsed Pinterest… and washed the dishes at the end of the day. Am I right? Lol

So I guess I will need to do it on a different day… until then enjoy my frozen chocolate covered bananas. No recipe needed… just freeze the bananas, melt the chocolate, and then dip. Easy-peasy.
