Quarantine Marathon

Our household is currently under lock down and quarantining for 10 days due to two of the three of testing positive for Covid-19. While we’re fairly sure that we have false-positive tests, we aren’t taking any chances, so Shawn and I are staying in our bedrooms while Michael takes care of the rest of the household.

This day #5 of lock down and we all have had our fill of it. I have been keeping busy with going through dressers and closets, working on a few craft projects, and of course working from home during the week. I figured this was no better of a time to have a Harry Potter marathon. It had been quite awhile since I have watched them all and since I have nothing but time, I might as well.

I began reading the 1st Harry Potter book in 2005 when Michael was on a trip to visit some friends and from that moment on, I was hooked! I don’t think there has been another series of books that have captured my attention quite the same.

My quarantine days haven’t been terrible by any means but I am very stir crazy and hate being cooped up in one room. I don’t mind being at home but I do not like living in a single room though and having to rely on someone else for everything. Michael is however, doing a wonderful job in keeping everything going on attending to our needs. I am lucky to have him here with us.

Trying Something New

It's been years since we have had kittens in the house but after our Penny passed away suddenly, we adopted 2 twin kittens. It's been an adventure getting them used to our 2 German Shepherds.
